Basic life support courses

 The American Heart Association BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.

 First-Aid/CPR-AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner.  

 Provide the knowledge, skills, and attitude for a quick and decisive response to a casualty of a gunshot wound or other large life threatening wounds.  Build confidence in providing life saving measures in wait for emergency medical services.
